BlueDriver is an automotive scanning tool that reads the error codes in your vehicles computer system.

The tool puts the power back in the hands of home & garage mechanics, at a fraction of the cost of a larger shop scanner.

I imagined the BlueDriver giving ordinary mechanics the super power to see into the engine and scan for problems. From this thought, the team at Idea Factory came up with the Be a Garage Hero campaign, which rolled out over web & social.

The campaign positioned regular mechanics as super heroes in the garage. The campaign was gritty and dramatic, with a touch of humour.
